Important Booking Notice

To provide more accurate assessments and effective treatment, our appointments are now categorized based on the number of health concerns addressed during a visit.

• Single Health Concern appointments are designed for patients seeking care for one primary condition or concern.
• Two Health Concerns appointments allow sufficient time to properly assess and treat two separate conditions or concerns within the same visit.

This structure helps ensure that each concern receives the appropriate time, attention, and quality of care.

Increase in Treatment Costs

• Due to recent economic fluctuations and rising operational costs, we are unfortunately compelled to adjust our treatment fees. Therefore, we would like to inform you of the upcoming changes to our treatment costs, effective from Jan 1, 2026.
• Details of the Increase : Regular Follow up treatment $100 → $105 (Please refer to the fee table for details)

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

• In consideration of other clients and your therapist, please allow at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to change or cancel appointments. You will be CHARGED A FEE for late cancellations or missed appointments.
